Location

The well-maintained hotel in a quiet location is separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by a road with little traffic. The center of Stalis with its cozy restaurants and bars is only approx. 200 m from the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 32 km.

The hotel complex, renovated for Summer 2026, comprises 208 rooms spread across several buildings. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage room, TV lounge, a main buffet restaurant, and the à la carte restaurant “Ammos” (for a fee, reservation required). There are also two bars, a snack bar, and a mini-market. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.
The spacious outdoor area features a tropical garden, two freshwater pools with sun terraces, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, but are subject to a charge on the beach. For All-Inclusive guests, sun loungers on the beach are also free of charge. Bath towels are provided upon deposit.

The rooms are located in an annex building in a prime location, separated from the sea only by a small, low-traffic promenade.
The distance from the entrance of the annex building to the main restaurant via the promenade is approx. 300 meters, and to the main bar only approx. 600 meters.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01.01.2025.
