Location

The extensive hotel complex is located in a very quiet area, directly on the sandy beach. The town of Litochoro with its shops, restaurants, and tavernas is approx. 6 km away. Further entertainment options can be found in Leptokaria, about 4 km away, and in Katerini, around 20 km away. The airport is approx. 118 km from the hotel.

The total of 100 rooms are spread across small bungalow buildings in the well-maintained garden area with many shade-providing trees. The hotel also has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, mini-market, restaurant, and a beach bar. In the spacious, park-like garden, you will find the swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included both at the pool and on the beach; beach towels are available from reception for a deposit. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex.

The modernized rooms have a double or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV, telephone, and a furnished terrace with its own garden area with sun loungers. As an additional amenity, the refrigerator is replenished every other day with 1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, and 2 beers (2DB).
Also available as a double room for single use (1DB) or for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) with an additional sofa bed (190x90 cm) for the 3rd person (3DB).
When booking for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the rooms are slightly larger (BA4) and additionally equipped with a bunk bed (190x90 cm).

American breakfast buffet with show cooking from 7 am to 10 am, and a late continental breakfast from 10 am to 10:30 am. Various coffee specialties, hot chocolate, and teas, as well as milk, water, and juices are offered at breakfast (self-service).
The lunch buffet is open from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. From 4 pm to 5 pm, a selection of snacks, biscuits, and cakes are available at the snack bar.
Dinner is served from 7 pm to 9 pm with international and local dishes at the varied buffet, including show cooking.
Water (sparkling/carbonated and still water), soft drinks (Coke, Coke Light or Zero, orange and lemon soda), various juices (concentrated), beer, and house wine (red/white) are available at lunch and dinner.
A microwave and a spice station are available in the restaurant.
Appropriate attire is requested during meals.
In addition, drinks are included at the pool and beach bar from 10 am to 11 pm. Self-service from 3 pm to 11 pm at the pool bar (plastic glasses) and from 10 am to 6 pm at the beach bar (plastic glasses).
Included are water (sparkling/carbonated and still water), soft drinks (Coke, Coke Light or Coke Zero, orange and lemon soda), various juices (concentrated), coffee (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, Greek coffee, Frappe), tea (at least 3 different flavors), hot chocolate, draft beer, house wine (red/white), Ouzo, Brandy, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whisky, and selected cocktails.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01/01/2025.
