Location

The hotel complex, popular with many holidaymakers, is located directly on the beautiful, long sandy beach of Faliraki. The lively town centre with numerous shops, restaurants, tavernas, bars and other entertainment options is approximately 2 km away.

Facilities

The comfortable and elegantly furnished hotel complex with a total of 323 rooms offers guests excellent service in a well-maintained atmosphere. Amenities include a modern lobby with reception, seating areas, lifts, 2 restaurants, a bar with a terrace, a TV corner with satellite TV, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex. The spacious, beautiful garden area features a freshwater pool landscape with a water slide, sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and a pool/snack bar with a lovely terrace and great sea views. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for the pool and beach.

The tastefully furnished rooms have a French bed, bath/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (from June 1st - September 30th), Wi-Fi, telephone, satellite TV with radio channel, safe, mini-fridge, and a balcony (D/DI) or can be booked as a single room (DE/DEA).
Also available as a triple room with a double bed and sofa bed (3DR/DV) or as a budget room (SSZ, French bed).

Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed, are more spacious, and offer sea views (DM/DMI).
Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DEM).

Deluxe Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, have been renovated, and additionally feature an open bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, a double bed, and a sofa bed, an espresso machine (2 capsules included daily), a mini-fridge (replenished daily with 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of soft drinks, 2 bottles of beer, and 2 juices), and a coffee/tea maker (DD2). Also bookable with a French bed and without a sofa bed (D2G-max. 2+0).
Optionally, for an additional charge, they can be slightly more spacious with sea views, a double bed, and a sofa bed (DDM), or for single occupancy with sea views and a sofa (DM1).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
1-2 star category: 2 Euros
3 star category: 5 Euros
4 star category: 10 Euros
5 star category: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 - March 31):
1-2 star category: 0.50 Euros
3 star category: 1.50 Euros
