The Evita Studios hotel is located in a quiet area, approximately 1 km from Faliraki's sandy beach. The center of Faliraki, with its various entertainment and shopping facilities, can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. Recommended excursions also include: Lindos (approx. 30 km), Rhodes Town (approx. 12 km), Petaloudes (approx. 25 km), a water park (approx. 4 km), and "Epta Piges" (Seven Springs) with the Butterfly Valley (approx. 20 km). The hotel is connected to the airport (RHO) at a distance of approximately 17 km.

The resort hotel consists of a main building and an annex building over 2 floors and offers a total of 62 bright and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. It provides guests with a reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM), a lobby, a safe (for a fee), and parking (free of charge).
