Location

The Malibu Boutique Studios are located approximately 700m from the sandy beach of Faliraki. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, just about a 10-minute walk to the tourist center and the beach. Here, guests will find a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants. Rhodes Town (approx. 13 km) is ideal for a day trip. Car rental, a taxi stand (approx. 500 m), and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away) are available for getting around. The airport (RHO) is approximately 17 km away.

Facilities

The boutique hotel offers a total of 44 modern and elegantly furnished studios, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It also provides guests with a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out until 11 AM), a lobby, an elevator, free parking, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool with complimentary sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests.

Destination Information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience levy, which guests must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
