Location

The Blue Sea Island resort is ideal for families and couples of all ages. It is located on the east side of Rhodes, in Kolymbia, directly on the sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended). The town center is reachable within 600 m. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel. The airport is 30 km away, and Rhodes Town is 27 km away.

The complex, completely renovated for Summer 2022, with a magnificent sea view consists of two hotel areas (separated by a side street) with a total of 330 rooms, spread over four floors. Amenities include an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception, conference room, a main restaurant with Greek and international cuisine, a "Food Court" with diverse gastronomy (Italian, Greek, Health Food, Patisserie), an à la carte restaurant, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. In the outdoor area, there are three swimming pools (two at the main building and one at the adjacent building). The swimming pool at the adjacent building has a children's pool and an aqua park, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. There is also a beach bar with a covered terrace.

Double room

All rooms have a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV and kettle, tea and coffee set, refrigerator, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace (D/DR/KD).
Optionally available with a side sea view (DMS).
Also bookable as a super saver room without a balcony (SSZ)

Single room without balcony

The single rooms are smaller than the double rooms with otherwise the same amenities and have no balcony (EO).

Double room Type A Annex

The double rooms Type A Annex have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located in the adjacent building directly by the aqua park (DA).

Double room Lagoon Sharing Pool

The double rooms Lagoon have the same amenities as the double rooms, are located directly by the sharing pool, and are bookable for guests aged 16 and over (LD2).

Family room

Are more spacious and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, additionally feature a sofa bed (DF2/KD2).

Family room Superior

Are even more spacious than the family rooms and feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door and two sofa beds (F2U/F2K/F3K).
Optionally bookable with access to the sharing pool (F2O).

Junior Suite

Have the same amenities as the double rooms, consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, and are more spacious (JS2/KJ1).

All meals served buffet style. A children's corner is available.
An early bird breakfast (5:30 AM - 7 AM) is possible upon request (with registration by 8 PM the previous day).
Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian menus, and menus for special dietary needs are offered free of charge upon request.
Smart casual attire is requested for meals. (Beachwear, sleeveless vests, and flip-flops are not permitted. Smart casual shorts are allowed for men.)

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
