Location

Quietly located on the outskirts of town, the hotel is directly on Lake Como, separated only by the lakeside road, with a large private lakefront property belonging to the hotel.

Facilities

The elegant hotel consists of a stylish main building and the luxuriously renovated Villa Imperiale and offers a total of 121 rooms, reception, "La Cascata" dining room with garden, à la carte restaurant "Imperialino" with a terrace on the lakefront property, accessible directly from the hotel via an underpass, lounges, and an elevator. Garage parking spaces (for a fee of approx. €20, subject to availability) and parking lots (for a fee).

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 18-20 sqm) are equipped with a telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), minibar, safe, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bath or shower/WC. The rooms face the garden or mountain side.

Superior Double room

The Superior rooms (EXD) have the same amenities and additionally feature a balcony and a lake view.

Deluxe Double room

The Deluxe rooms (DD2) have the same amenities and are located in the main building, featuring a balcony with a wonderful view of the old town. (Daily access to the spa included)
