Residence Barbara features 43 apartments spread across several two-story buildings. The beautifully landscaped garden area offers a barbecue spot and is perfect for relaxation. The complex also boasts a swimming pool with a small waterfall and a separate children's pool, a pool bar, the restaurant "Primera" located just a short walk away, serving delicious family-friendly dishes, a laundry service (coin-operated washing machine), and Wi-Fi in public areas and on the apartments' terraces or balconies (included). Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool can be used for a fee (approx. €10/week). A supermarket is located in the adjacent Residence Primera.

The apartment is approximately 44 sqm. It includes a living/sleeping area and a double bedroom. Equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, German filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining area, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), shower and toilet, air conditioning/heating, sun loungers, and an umbrella. Available on the ground floor with a terrace and garden (AB2) or on the first floor with a balcony (AA2).
