Location

The extensive holiday village is in a quiet location, directly on the artificial sandy beach of Sirmione. Shops, bars, and restaurants are less than 1 km away. The center is approximately 3 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained holiday village is spread over approximately 160,000 m² of grounds and offers 294 apartments. It features a reception, a restaurant with a terrace, a café, a snack bar, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, an amphitheater, and parking. The spacious garden area includes three swimming pools, a pool bar (open from mid-June to mid-September), a river pool with a counter-current system, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. Wi-Fi is available for a fee.

2-Room Comfort Apartment

The apartments have a kitchenette/kitchenette (2-burner gas or electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, shower, toilet, air conditioning, living/sleeping area with a bunk bed, 1 small double bedroom, and a furnished terrace. Approximately 25 m² in size. Available at more favorable conditions under A23 on selected dates.

Maxicaravan

For 2-6 people, approximately 33 m² in size. Kitchenette (2-burner gas or electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, shower, toilet, small covered and furnished terrace. Also available in approximately 34 m² size with a second bathroom as Maxicaravan Prestige (WMP) or Maxicaravan Deluxe (WMD).

Breakfast served as a set menu.
Start your day with toast, butter, and jams, accompanied by fruit juice, a piece of fruit, and your choice of hot beverage. Additionally, choose one dish: scrambled eggs with bacon, avocado, and tomato; Greek yogurt with granola and pancakes; or a croissant (with Nutella) and toast with ham and cheese. Filtered water included.
Dinner
In the evening, enjoy a varied menu with an appetizer, a main course from six options (three fixed and three daily changing), bread, fruit, and dessert. Filtered water included.
