The hotel is beautifully situated in the Italian town of Villasimius, close to a forest and directly on the beautiful sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are approximately 300 meters away.

The hotel has 76 rooms spread across the main building and several outbuildings. Facilities include a reception area, Wi-Fi in the reception area (free of charge), a restaurant, a piano bar (May 25th - Oct 21st), and a bar. The attractive garden area features a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas (included, subject to availability). A beach bar awaits guests on the beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas are also available (loungers at a charge).

Double room Deluxe sea view

Equipped like the double rooms, these rooms also offer sea views and are located on the first floor. They include a safe, free Wi-Fi, are slightly more spacious, and upon arrival, you will receive a fruit basket and a bottle of water.

Double room Superior sea side

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double rooms Deluxe sea view, but are even more spacious with a small seating area and face the sea side. Upon arrival, you will receive a fruit basket, a bottle of Prosecco, and flip-flops, and enjoy free Wi-Fi (SMS). Sun loungers in the front rows on the beach are available free of charge.

Bungalow Suite 1 Bedroom sea side

With the same amenities as the Double rooms sea side, the bungalows feature a living area, a sleeping area, and a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace facing the sea. Upon arrival, you will receive a fruit basket, a bottle of Prosecco, and flip-flops, and enjoy free Wi-Fi. Sun loungers in the front rows on the beach are available free of charge.
