Location

The exclusive resort is divided into 3 areas: Hotel „Il Borgo“, the Hotel and Residence „La Rotonda“ as well as the „Villas“. It is located just outside the elegant Costa Smeralda, opposite the nature reserve of the La Maddalena Archipelago. In just a few minutes, you can reach the most beautiful and crystal-clear bays of the Gulf of Arzachena, separated from the hotel only by a road. The town of Cannigione, with its beautiful marina and shops and boutiques open year-round, is only 100 meters away. The public beach of Cannigione, equipped with umbrellas and loungers, is just a few meters from the hotel's main pool, separated only by a road. A shuttle bus service is available to the public beach of Mannena.

The resort has a total of 96 rooms. Facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi (free at the reception, at the bar, in all rooms and by the pool), a bar, a piano bar, and 2 restaurants. In the beautifully landscaped garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (1 main pool with loungers and umbrellas, and a smaller pool for residence guests). Free loungers and umbrellas are available at the opposite beach for hotel guests.

Classic Double Room

The Classic rooms at Resort Cala di Falco are furnished in a simple and modern Mediterranean style. They feature a telephone, television, air conditioning, and a minibar (for a fee). They are equipped with a double bed for two adults, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. The interior design style evokes the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship with wrought-iron furniture and embroidered fabrics. The rooms are located in a central area, close to the resort's main services. (15-20 m²; located on the ground floor or first floor)

Junior Suite

Elegant accommodation consisting of a bedroom with a double bed (two single beds available upon request) and an open-plan living room with a built-in sofa bed or a sofa bed, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a large balcony or large terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Suitable for two adults, with the possibility of accommodating a third person up to 12 years old. Additionally, rooms with a sea view (J2M) can also be booked.

Suite

The suites at Resort Cala di Falco consist of a bedroom with a double bed (separate beds available upon request) and a separate living area, large and bright, with access to the veranda or terrace, telephone, television, air conditioning, and minibar (for a fee). The living room features a sofa bed or a built-in sofa bed that can accommodate a third and fourth person up to 12 years old. The suites have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs.
