Location

The hotel is in a quiet location, directly on the hotel's own fine sandy beach, which is accessible via stairs. It is situated between Olbia and Golfo Aranci with a beautiful view of the Capo Figari limestone massif and the island of Tavolara. Olbia is approx. 8 km away, and shops, restaurants, and a bar are approx. 800 m away.

The 65 rooms are spread across the "main building" and the "The Pelican Villa" building. There is also a reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), elevator, bar with a large terrace, and the "Nuska Beach Restaurant" with sea view (for a fee) in the Pelican Villa. In the main building, there is a swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas (included) and a whirlpool (in the Pelican Villa area). Beach loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are also available to guests on the sandy beach, included until May 26th and from September 16th onwards, for a fee during the rest of the period.

Double Room (Main Building)

The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe in the main building, and a balcony with an inner courtyard view. Also bookable as a super saver room (without balcony, limited availability, special price).

Double Room Side Sea View (Main Building)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms additionally offer a side sea view and a balcony. Also bookable as a super saver room (limited availability).

Double Room Comfort Sea View (Main Building)

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are much more spacious (approx. 30 sqm) and offer sea views and a terrace.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View (The Pelican Villa)

The Deluxe rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, also feature sea views and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located on the ground floor or the first floor, closer to the beach, in the front garden area. Sun loungers and umbrellas in the garden are included.

Double Room Superior (The Pelican Villa)

These tastefully furnished rooms also feature a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a view of the inner courtyard.
