Location

The extensive complex is situated on a private peninsula on the edge of Capo Bellavista within the Arbxatax nature park, covering approximately 60 hectares. The resort comprises, among other things, the Arbatax Cala Moresca and Arbatax Monte Turri, furnished in a traditional style. The hotels are nestled in nature on a cliff overlooking the sea, offering breathtaking views. The center of Tortoli is about 5 km away, and Cagliari Airport is approximately 130 km away.

Facilities

The Arbatax Cala Moresca and Arbatax Monte Turri are surrounded by well-maintained gardens and feature a reception and an elevator. The Arbatax Cala Moresca offers an inviting pool area with an outdoor pool (May–Sept.) as well as a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Additionally, there are two restaurants, two bars, and a beach bar. The beach is accessible within approximately 150–300 m, depending on room location. Loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach from May to September (subject to availability).

Accommodation

Family Room

Also equipped like the double rooms, but with two rooms separated by a connecting door (only one bathroom) and partly with sea view. The family room for 4 people (3 adults + 1 child) also has a terrace.

Double Room

The rooms, furnished in Sardinian style, are located on the ground floor and feature bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, and a minibar (for a fee).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer sea views.

Double Room Deluxe

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a small additional seating area and a second bathroom.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (depending on the meal plan) served buffet-style. Wine and water are included from beverage dispensers.

Sports included

Aerobics, water aerobics, open-air fitness area, archery, tennis.

Diving, snorkeling, canoeing, football. All offered for a fee.

Bellavista Nature Park with many local animals. Baby cot available on request, free of charge.
Football camp for children aged 5–13 (June–August), organized in collaboration with Cagliari Football Club – for a fee.
Our animation team offers the VIK "Very Important Kids" kids' club service. The animation team organizes a variety of daily activities in all areas of the resort.
Activities begin at 10 AM, children have lunch together with the animators and participate in numerous activities until 6 PM.
Please note that the minimum age for participation is 3 years.

Wellness

Located in the center of the resort, with panoramic views and equidistant from the individual hotels, the "Thalasso & Spa Bellavista" wellness center covers an area of approximately 2,000 m². It offers guests various treatments (Turkish steam baths, saunas, experience showers, hydromassages), waterfalls, and both freshwater and saltwater pools. Additionally, it offers massages. Treatments are offered alongside a beautiful swimming pool with water features and hydro-massage jets. Entrance and all treatments are subject to a fee. Access to the wellness center is for guests aged 18 and over.
