The resort is located on an approx. 45-hectare site, 1 km south of the town center with many restaurants, bars, and shops. The sea with a public beach is approx. 800 m away. The path leads across a field and through a small pine forest. San Vincenzo is approx. 30 km away, Livorno approx. 40 km, and Pisa approx. 65 km.

The modern holiday resort consists of a 2-story main building and outbuildings with a total of 156 residential units. Further amenities include a reception, restaurant, pizzeria, bar with terrace, lounge, mini-market, and Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge). The beautiful outdoor area features a swimming pool with a water slide, sun loungers, and umbrellas included.

The modernly furnished studios have a combined living/sleeping area, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, kitchenette, safe, and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, plus a terrace. (REM/REB)

Same amenities as the studios, but with a separate bedroom and a terrace. (A12)

2-Bedroom Apartment (Vilette Triolo D)

Same amenities as the apartments, but with two separate bedrooms and a veranda with a small garden. (A22)

Superior 1-Bedroom Apartment (Villette Bilo and Trilo)

With the same amenities as the apartments, these are slightly more spacious and additionally have a microwave in the kitchenette. (A2U) Also available with 2 bedrooms at an additional charge (2AU).
