The hotel is quietly located amidst a park of approximately 30,000 m², bordering the sea. The beach is about 250 m away (accessible through the hotel garden), and the center of Marina di Bibbona with its restaurants, bars, and shops is about 100 m away.

The hotel has 130 rooms, a lobby, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, an à la carte restaurant with a covered terrace in the park, a bar, an internet corner/Wi-Fi (included), and an elevator. The beautiful garden features 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated and has a separate children's pool, a pool bar with a terrace, and sun loungers and umbrellas (included). There is a beach bar on the beach. At the beach, guests receive 2 loungers and 1 umbrella per room free of charge, starting from the 3rd row. The 1st and 2nd rows are available for a fee.

Double Room Comfort

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, Wi-Fi (free of charge), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace.

Elegance Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and located in the quietest part of the resort, overlooking the pine forest.

Superior Double Room

These rooms, while offering the same amenities as the standard double rooms, are slightly more spacious and feature a balcony with panoramic views of the pine forest, with some offering partial sea views.

A generous breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner are also served buffet-style (water, house wine, and fruit juices are included with meals).
