Built in the 15th century by the monks of the Vallombrosan Order, Fattoria degli Usignoli is located in the municipality of Reggello, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, offering a balcony-like view of the beautiful landscape of the Valdarno and Chianti. Thanks to its excellent location, it is the perfect starting point for excursions to the most important historical cities – Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Certaldo, Cortona – and throughout the Chianti region.

The residence has 43 apartments spread across several buildings. Facilities include a reception, lounge bar, and restaurant. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 swimming pools (May-September) with sun loungers and umbrellas (included).

1-Bedroom Apartment

The rustically furnished apartments feature a shower/WC, heating, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), kitchenette with freezer, safe, free Wi-Fi, living/sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden (approx. 32 m²).

2-Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, plus an additional bedroom (for 4 people, approx. 46 m², and for 5 people, approx. 48 m²).

Double Room

The cheerfully and also rustically furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, heating, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), safe, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden. Also bookable for single use upon request.
