Location

The Girandella Valamar Collection Resort comprises four hotels: Girandella Maro Suites, Girandella Family, Girandella Villas, and Girandella designed for Adults. The resort is surrounded by a pine forest and stretches along the most beautiful pebble beaches on the east coast of Istria. The city center is approximately 1.5 km away, and Pula Airport is approximately 47 km away.

Facilities

Girandella designed for Adults
This area, exclusively designed for adults (16 years and older), features 75 rooms and 31 suites spread across several floors, with elevator access. The amenities in the separate Adults Only area include the "Rebelle" buffet restaurant (with Champagne breakfast and brunch from 8 AM to 2 PM) featuring a pleasant outdoor terrace, as well as an infinity outdoor pool.
Girandella Maro Suites
The hotel offers 149 rooms spread across several floors with elevator access. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange, complimentary Wi-Fi, a hairdresser, an indoor pool (seasonally heated), a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's respective beaches, and for a fee at public beaches. Towels are available with a deposit.
Girandella Family
The hotel has 94 rooms spread across 4 floors with elevator access. Facilities include a selection of restaurants and bars, a currency exchange, complimentary Wi-Fi, a hairdresser, a pool with a pool bar, a children's pool with water attractions and slides, and a beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the hotel's private beach, and for a fee at public beaches (subject to availability).
Girandella Villas
The Girandella Villas offer luxurious rooms and suites with spectacular sea views and access to the charming coastal town of Rabac in Istria. Amenities at this hotel include reserved sun loungers and umbrellas at the infinity pool and access to the premium buffet restaurant "Momenti". A first-class concierge service completes your seaside vacation.

Accommodation

Double Room Superior Adults Only

These modernly equipped rooms are located in the Girandella designed for Adults area and are approximately 17-26 sqm in size. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, minibar, double bed (200 x 200), and a balcony with garden view (DSU).

Double Room Superior Sea View Adults Only

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are approximately 17-22.50 sqm and have a bathroom with a double shower, as well as a balcony with sea view (DMU).

Junior Suite Adults Only

The Junior Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults area. With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, they are larger at approximately 29-33 sqm and feature an additional, visually separated living area with a sofa and a second LCD satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with a double shower, balcony, and garden view (JS2).

Junior Suite Sea View Adults Only

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, these rooms are approximately 29-36 sqm and also feature a bathroom with a double shower, as well as a balcony with sea view (J2M).
Available for an additional charge with V-Level service (JMA).
V-Level service includes:
- Breakfast at the Momenti buffet restaurant from 7 AM to 11 AM
- Access to the separate pool and reserved sun loungers at the V-Level Beach
- Nespresso coffee machine and a bottle of water in the room
- A selection of pillows
- Bathrobe/slippers and beach set (towels, flip-flops, beach bag)

Premium Suite Adults Only

The Premium Suites are also located in the Girandella designed for Adults area and offer approximately 29 sqm of space. Additional amenities include a shower/WC, a small terrace with seating, and a hydro-massage bathtub in the room (RE2).

Suite Maro Suites

The suites are located in the Girandella Maro Suites and offer approximately 38 sqm of space. They feature a minibar, LCD TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, seating area, a sleeping area separated by a sliding door for a child, and a balcony with garden view (S2).

Family Suite Maro Suites

Similar to the Maro Suites, these offer a bathtub and a shower/WC, and feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with bunk beds (SF2). Available for an additional charge with sea view (SFM).

Suite Superior Maro Suites

The Superior Suite is approximately 39 sqm and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, as well as a separate children's room with two additional sleeping options. Further amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, two washbasins, one suitable for children, a child-height stool, and a changing table. The WC is separate from the bathroom. 2 LCD TVs, air conditioning, hairdryer, and a coffee set complete the offerings. For child safety, socket covers and a baby monitor are provided. The Superior Suite also features a balcony (SU2).

Suite Sea View Maro Suites

These suites are slightly larger than the Family Suites, approximately 51 sqm. With otherwise identical amenities and minimum occupancy as the Family Suite Superior Sea View, they feature two bathrooms: one with a child-friendly bathtub and stool, and another with a shower. Additionally, the suite has a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, an open living area with a sofa bed, and a terrace with sea view (SM).

Double Room Superior Family

The rooms are located in the Girandella Family area (approx. 18 sqm) and feature a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), pull-out sofa bed, balcony, and garden view (DAS). Also available for 3 people (DSB, additional sofa bed) or with sea view (DSM).

Family Room Family

These rooms, approximately 29 sqm, have similar amenities to the Double Room Superior Family but feature a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with two sofa beds (DF2). Available for an additional charge with sea view (F2M).

Family Room with Separate Bedroom Family

With approximately 42 sqm, these rooms offer more space, two bathrooms, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony with garden view (DFS). Available for an additional charge with sea view (FM2).

Family Suite Family

The Family Suites, approximately 36-39 sqm, feature two LCD TVs, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), a bathroom, and a visually separated sleeping area with two sofa beds. The Family Suites have a balcony or terrace with garden view (2FS). Available for an additional charge with sea view (2FM).

Breakfast (Family)

Gourmet breakfast experience served buffet-style.

Half Board (Villas)

Gourmet breakfast at the "Momenti" buffet restaurant until 11 AM. Dinner offers a selection of set menus.

Half Board Plus (Family)

Gourmet breakfast and dinner, both served buffet-style with show cooking at the Marblu Restaurant. A wide selection of local and international cuisine. Coffee/tea, juices, and water are included during meals. At dinner, a selection of wine and beer from the dispenser is also included.

Breakfast Adults Only

Enjoy a Champagne breakfast and brunch from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Rebelle Restaurant, featuring buffet stations such as a yogurt and salad bar, egg specialties, live cooking, and freshly prepared dishes.

All Inclusive

AI Maro Suites

A rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring Mediterranean and international specialties with show cooking at the Mario Premium Buffet Restaurant. Access is restricted to Maro Suites guests only. Snacks by the pool and at the beach in the afternoon, as well as various local non-alcoholic beverages and local beer and wine from the beverage station during meals are included. Non-alcoholic beverages and coffee from the machine, as well as tea, are included at the Lobby Bar Ria in Maro Suites.

Sports for a fee

Girandella Family:
Tennis courts, tennis equipment, adventure mini-golf, bike tours, bicycle rental, water sports activities offered by third-party providers at the beach.

Children's program

Girandella Family & Maro Suites:
Maro Miniclub (ages 3-7), Maro Maxi Area (ages 7-11), children's pool and splash playground, kids' disco, babysitting available upon request for a fee.
