Location

The family-friendly Sol Garden Istra Hotel is located about 250 m from the sea on the Istrian peninsula. The town center of Umag with its historic buildings is only 3 km away. Other cities worth visiting include Pula (approx. 87 km) or Porec (approx. 45 km). The nearest beach, a private sand/rock/pebble beach, is about 300 m away. The tourist center is about 5 km away. A supermarket, bars, and restaurants are located about 300 m away. For mobility during your holiday, in addition to a rental car service, there is a taxi stand (approx. 100 m) and a bus stop. The airport (PUY) is about 85 km away.

Facilities

The resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has a total of 293 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 10 AM), a lobby with a bar, a total of 4 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a kiosk, other shops, parking (for a fee), and currency exchange services. For culinary delights, there are 3 restaurants and a snack bar, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. The outdoor area of the hotel with a water park and water slide includes 4 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (open from June to September). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool bar.

The Classic rooms facing the park, with approx. 30 m², feature satellite TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating, balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub/WC and hairdryer (D/DA/D1K/D1G).

Classic Double Room

The Classic double rooms are also located on the park side and offer a balcony, twin beds, a bathroom with shower, TV, desk, and air conditioning (approx. 28m², CC2).

Premium Sea View

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms are more spacious and located on the sea side (MSP/PSK). Optionally bookable also on the pool side upon request (P2I).

Premium Family Room (on request)

2 Premium Sea View double rooms with a connecting door, ideal for families (PF2). Optionally bookable also on the pool side (2FA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites offer a separate bedroom, living/sleeping area, bath/WC, air conditioning, TV, telephone, hairdryer, and balcony (approx. 52m², JS2).

Designed with a modern style and in warm colors, these family rooms offer a beautiful park view and are equipped with a balcony, double bed, and sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower (DF2).

Family Room Superior Poolside

Similar in amenities and design to the other family rooms, the Mediterranean-designed Superior Family Rooms have a balcony facing the pool side (FUP).

All Inclusive KIDS

Promotion from July 17 - September 11, 2026, for bookings with half board: Exclusively for children aged 4-11, they receive a wristband upon arrival at the hotel and can use the All Inclusive KIDS offer at no extra charge. Children aged 12 and 13 can use the offer for a fee. This includes:
* Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM
* Soft drinks and water from 12 PM to 5 PM
* Afternoon ice cream offer for one hour (time depends on season)
* The offer is located in a separate area in the Entertainment Center or in the main restaurant
* Only for children with a visible AI KIDS wristband

The 1,000 m² wellness center offers a spa with a Finnish sauna, Turkish sauna, bio sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation area for a fee. The beauty zone offers massages and cosmetic treatments (for a fee).
