The city hotel is located in Sliema, approximately 50m from the beach. A taxi stand and a bus stop are reachable within a few minutes' walk. In the immediate vicinity, guests will find bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities. The airport is about 15 km away.

The hotel consists of a main and an annex building, connected by a bridge on the 6th and 7th floors, and offers a total of 211 rooms. It provides its guests with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM), a lobby with a bar, 2 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a sky bar (open from 9 AM), and a currency exchange service.
