The hotel is located in Becici on a private beach. The old town of Budva with its restaurants and nightclubs is approx. 2 km away.

The renovated hotel has 172 rooms. Facilities include two restaurants, three bars, and two outdoor pools. Wi-Fi is included. Towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the private beach.

The spacious double rooms Superior (DSU) are located on the ground floor and first floor of the new block.
They feature a balcony facing the sea, minibar, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, wardrobe, WC/shower, hairdryer, double bed or two separate single beds, and a sofa bed. Also bookable for single use.
