Location

Just five minutes from the famous shopping avenue, Mariahilferstraße, and the Westbahnhof train station. In two minutes, you can reach the Wiener Stadthalle. All of Vienna's attractions can be reached quickly using public transport. The picturesque "Spittelberg" district is also in the immediate vicinity. Schönbrunn Palace, for example, is not far away by bike, with a cycle path directly at the Boutique Hotel.

Since November 2009, the hotel has been the world's first city hotel with a zero-energy balance! The hotel with 81 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, elevator, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, free internet terminal in the lobby, luggage storage, and garage space (reservation required; for a fee).
The extensive buffet breakfast, also served in the garden during summer, guarantees an active and exuberant start to your day.
In the evenings, the garden, the cozy lobby, and the winter garden with bar service invite you to linger.
