Location

The wonderful Hotel Maximilian is not only located just under 200m from the Kaiser Maximilian monument, but guests also reside in one of the most affluent districts of the Austrian capital. Vienna's 13th district, Hietzing, is situated in the west of the city and is known for its many historic villas as well as its beautiful green spaces. Schönbrunn Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is in close proximity to the hotel and offers visitors an impressive park area, a zoo, an imperial pavilion, and much more. The hotel is located approximately 200m from the nearest public transport and about 8.7 km separate the hotel from the center of Vienna. Guests can reach Vienna Airport after approximately 24 km.

Facilities

The Austria Trend Hotel is a relatively young hotel, but its history dates back to 1832. Due to a connection with the imperial family, the Astoria Trend Hotel Maximilian and the Astoria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn are united. However, the two hotels are not only connected historically but also physically. The ground floor of the ATH Hotel Maximilian offers a direct connection to the Parkhotel Schönbrunn. Despite this connection, the hotels are not entirely alike. While the Parkhotel impresses with its opulent ambiance, the Hotel Maximilian achieves this through a very skillful blend of tradition and modernity. The many blue and wooden accents reflect Maximilian's love for nature, the sea, and sailing. The ATH Hotel Maximilian impresses its guests with 41 beautifully furnished rooms, a restaurant, a lounge, and a terrace. The "Austria Kiosk" allows guests to read numerous newspapers and magazines on their own mobile phones free of charge. Guests simply need to log into the hotel Wi-Fi, open the website kiosk.at, and they can access 190 newspapers.

Double Room

The Classic Double Rooms have a size of approx. 19-24 m² and are equipped with a king-size bed, a separate shower, a cozy seating area, individually controlled air conditioning, a flatscreen TV with integrated radio, a safe, parquet flooring, and a kettle (D).

Single Room

The single rooms are similar in amenities to the double rooms but are slightly smaller (approx. 14m²) and do not have an additional seating area or couch (E).
