The center of Millstatt is approximately 1.5 km away from the hotel, and the Millstätter See lido is about 200m away. The nearest train station is approximately 20 km away.

Facilities

Hotel Steindl welcomes its guests with an all-round carefree package – here, it’s easy to let your mind wander and surrender to the weightlessness of water. The hotel itself is known for its friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and delicious regional cuisine. For guests who can't imagine a holiday without a wellness area, the wellness facilities are available in the adjacent building, where you can relax in the indoor pool, relaxation area, or sauna.

Accommodation

Single with Child Room

These rooms are approximately 12 sqm and can accommodate one adult and one child. They are equipped with a double bed or a single bed plus an extra bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, radio, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and some with a balcony (D1K).

Double Room Type Comfort (without balcony)

The Comfort rooms have a similar design but are larger at approximately 18 sqm and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. These rooms do not have a balcony (DKO).
Also available as Double Room Comfort with balcony and lake view (DKA).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (approx. 34 sqm) require a minimum occupancy of 3 people and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The Junior Suites have two rooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom with a double or bunk bed plus an extra bed (JS2).

Half Board Plus

Breakfast buffet with vitality corner (cold/warm) from 8-10 am, in the evening from 6-7:30 pm: 4-course menu choice (soup, salads, and dessert from the buffet, main course served with choice); includes beer, table wine, soft drinks, mineral water, and fruit juices during dinner on a self-service basis from 6-9 pm, juice bar for children up to 14 years included all day; includes coffee, tea, fruit juices, and ice cream from the buffet from 3-4 pm.
