Location

At the Familienhotel Bruckwirt, you can forget everyday life and explore the beautiful nature of the region together. The hotel is located in a prime panoramic setting in Upper Austria, at an altitude of approx. 400 m. The center of Obermühl on the Danube is about 3 km away, and the nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away, offering a quiet yet central location. During the pleasant and warm summer months, there are many activities for the whole family in this region, such as an excursion to the Feldkirchen bathing lakes (approx. 20 km away) or to the outdoor pool in Lembach im Mühlkreis (approx. 3 km away). In the summer months, you can also enjoy wonderful hikes, as the hotel is located directly in a hiking area. However, the hotel is also an ideal base for cross-country skiers in the winter months, and ski beginners also benefit from the hotel's location (practice lift approx. 3 km away). The cable car in the Hochficht ski area is about 40 km from the hotel, and the nearest cross-country ski trail (Lembach) is about 3 km away.

The hotel impresses with its wonderfully cozy atmosphere, making this accommodation feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the hotel's 16 rooms offer a sense of home and comfort.
The facilities of the 3.5-star hotel include the inviting reception hall with a reception desk, a cozy guest lounge and stove room, and a large garden area with a water playground for the hotel's younger guests. Older guests can indulge in the hotel's wellness area, the "Vitalbereich," to start or end the day relaxed. The accommodation consists of a main building and a separate building, with both connected by a corridor and only about 20 m apart. For dining, guests can enjoy the breakfast room and the hotel's own restaurant, where delicious dishes are served to both young and old visitors.

These rooms have identical amenities, are also located in the main or separate building, but are slightly larger at approx. 22 sqm and some have a balcony (DB).

Super Saver Room

This room type (also in the main or separate building) has a limited availability and a special price (SSZ).

Single Room

This room type (approx. 18 sqm), also located in the main or separate building, has a double bed as sleeping accommodation and can only be booked for single occupancy or with 1 adult and 1 child (E1K).

Family Room

The charmingly designed family rooms (approx. 40-45 sqm) are located in the main or separate building of the hotel. The rooms consist of two bedrooms separated by a connecting door, equipped with a double bed, bunk bed, and a fold-out bed (DF2)
