Location

Spend a unique holiday in Flachau. The Hotel Montanara (altitude approx. 900 m) is located around 800 m from the center. You can reach cafes and restaurants in about 100 m, the nearest shops are about 400 m from your holiday accommodation. You can reach the nearest attraction (ice caves Eisriesenwelt) in about 20 km. In your holiday resort, about 2.5 km away, the picturesque Reitecksee lake awaits all water lovers. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool in Radstadt, about 12.5 km away. In Altenmarkt, about 5 km away, the public thermal spa Amadé invites you to enjoy bathing fun regardless of the weather. Only about 100 m from the hotel, there is an adventure park with a tennis court and a summer toboggan run. In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (free of charge) will take you to the extensive hiking area Griesskareck, about 50 m away, with a hiking trail network of approx. 370 km in total length and the hiking trail "Wasser bewegt". The hiking bus stop is about 300 m away. You can also reach the Star Jet 1 & 2 cable cars in about 1 km. Due to its special location, your holiday resort is perfect for cyclists. On a cycle path about 850 m away and with an extensive overall network of cycle paths of about 1500 km, you can let off steam.

The comfortable 4-star Alpine Gourmet Hotel Montanara offers, in addition to its 34 rooms, a welcoming lobby with seating areas, a reception, a lounge, a terrace, and an e-bike charging station, mountain bike and e-bike rental, as well as a beautiful wellness area (approx. 200 m²) with, among other things, a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin. The rooms consist of two sleeping areas separated by a connecting door, with a double bed and a fold-out bed or 2 fixed single beds.

Single + Child Double Room

The spacious non-smoking rooms (D1K, approx. 24 m²) feature cable TV, direct dial telephone, bath or shower, separate WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a fixed single bed and a fold-out bed.

Junior Suite
