The Residenz Hochalm is located in the popular holiday region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, near the border between Salzburg and Tyrol. Situated on a hill, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Hinterglemm's center, with its culinary offerings and shopping opportunities, is approximately 3.5 km away. In summer, the Hochalmbahn (approx. 200m) or the Zwölferkogelbahn (approx. 3km) provide access to the hiking paradise.

Double Room "Itüpferl"

These bright and cozy "Itüpferl" rooms with a partial mountain view feature a double bed and a pull-out sofa, as well as a bathroom with a shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, and separate toilet. The rooms are also equipped with a telephone, cable TV (32-inch flatscreen), radio integrated into the TV, safe, minibar (possibly for a fee), Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, and a bath bag with sauna towels, slippers, and bathrobes for adults (included) (approx. 23-26m², D).

Family Room "Mitanand"

The spacious "Mitanand" family rooms offer more space and, in addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a double pull-out sofa, also feature a second sleeping level with a double bed accessible via an open mezzanine. Further amenities are similar to the double rooms (approx. 35-40m², DF2).

2-Room Suite "Wohlfühln"

The elegant and newly renovated "Wohlfühln" 2-room suite impresses with a separate sleeping area with a double bed. The living/sleeping area includes a double pull-out sofa and a seating area. The exclusive bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and shower, as well as a double vanity. A Nespresso machine with capsules (initial supply) is provided for a hot beverage (approx. 57m², S2).

Information

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new charge, the "Mobility Fee." This fee will be collected alongside the local tax per overnight stay and will be used for the expansion of transport infrastructure. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport in their holiday destination. The fee must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
