Location

The Wohlfühlhotel Unterbrunn is located centrally in Neukirchen, with access to the Wildkogelbahn valley station (approx. 150 m). Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the ski slope (approx. 250 m), the ski bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the on-site ski and boot rental. A ski school is located just 100 m away for beginners. A mountain railway is also within walking distance, offering numerous opportunities for outdoor activities in the surrounding area, followed by a relaxing time back at the accommodation after an eventful day.

Facilities

This traditional accommodation with a modest 25 rooms is divided into a main building (hotel) and the Unterbrunn guesthouse. Additional rooms are located in the holiday house B@home, approx. 70-100 m away, which belongs to the property. The rooms are furnished either in a modern or traditional country-house style. In the hotel, guests will find a reception area, a cozy hotel bar, a lift, a restaurant with a pizzeria, and free Wi-Fi in all buildings. For maximum relaxation, guests can enjoy the wellness area with an indoor pool, perfect for unwinding or rejuvenating tired muscles after skiing.

Accommodation

Studio (Winter)

The studio, furnished with traditional elements, is located in the main building (hotel), is designed for 2-3 people, and offers a double bed plus a pull-out sofa. It also features a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer, as well as cable TV (flat-screen), alarm clock, telephone, free Wi-Fi, safe (possibly for a fee), seating area, and in some cases, a balcony (approx. 29m², S12).

Living Studio Type B (Summer)

Also located directly in the hotel, this studio matches the Studio in terms of furnishings and size and is bookable for the summer (S2B).

Junior Suite

The generously sized junior suite, designed in a modern style in the main building (hotel), offers more space with a bedroom featuring a box-spring double bed and a separate second bedroom with a single bed or sofa bed or bunk bed. The other amenities correspond to those of the studio (approx. 38m², JS2).

Double Room (Winter)

The double rooms are located either in the guesthouse or the holiday house B@home and are best suited for 2 people. They feature a comfortable double bed and equivalent room amenities, but without a telephone (approx. 23m², D).

Living Studio Type A

These living studios are somewhat more spacious and are also located in the guesthouse or the B@Home house. They feature a double bed (box-spring bed) and a pull-out sofa or bunk bed (approx. 25m², AST).

Information

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, a new charge, the "Mobility Tax," will apply. This fee will be collected in parallel with the local tax per overnight stay and will be used to expand transportation infrastructure.
