The modern, family-run hotel is located in the Fürth district, just 3 km from the center of Kaprun. Kaprun is situated in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region, surrounded by impressive mountains, clear lakes, and glaciers. It is the perfect starting point for numerous outdoor activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and mountaineering. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area is about 10 km away, Lake Zell approx. 5 km. The Tauern Spa thermal baths in Kaprun are 3 km away, Zell am See train station is approx. 7 km away, and Salzburg Airport is around 85 km away.

The charming, family-run 3-star Hotel Kawuun consists of two interconnected hotel sections, one of which was completely renovated in 2021. The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere and good amenities, including a reception, an elevator, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The hotel's own restaurant with a breakfast room and bar will cater to your needs. Guests can relax in the lounge or the library, while children can enjoy the playroom or the playground.

The Deluxe Double Room (DD2, approx. 27m²) has the same amenities as the Panorama Double Room, but is located on the second floor of the newly renovated part of the building.
