Location

Summer specific:
The Valsaa Alpinresort (Adults Only) is situated in a quiet yet central location. The town center is approx. 150 m away.
Winter specific:
In a quiet, prime location, approx. 50 m to the center and pedestrian zone, approx. 300 m to the Schattberg X-Press gondola and ski slope, cross-country ski trail approx. 5 km, ski bus approx. 100 m, ski rental/ski school directly at the resort. The "Käpt'n Hook" adventure pool is also recommended as a further excursion destination for the whole family (approx. 600m).

Facilities

The Valsaa Alpinresort offers two seasonally different concepts. In summer, it is an ADULTS ONLY (16+) hotel, and in winter, it warmly welcomes couples and families alike. It provides a total of 106 elegantly furnished rooms in a modern style, where guests can make themselves comfortable and switch off from everyday life. The Premium All-Inclusive Resort combines alpine chic with coziness and impresses with delicious culinary delights in the restaurant, offering exquisite traditional and international dishes, as well as relaxing wellness moments in the "AlpinSPA" with various indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna oasis, and a panoramic sun terrace on the 4th floor. For workout enthusiasts, a fitness room and the 25m sports pool are available.

Double Room Superior

The cozy and high-quality furnished Superior rooms offer guests a large double bed and a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a cosmetic mirror, toiletries, a bath bag with towels and slippers, and a rental bathrobe. Further amenities include a balcony, cable TV, telephone, radio, safety deposit box, minibar fridge, and Wi-Fi (approx. 31m², DSU). These can also be booked as single Superior rooms with a double bed, with otherwise similar size and amenities. Twin beds are possible in the "Superior" room type (approx. 31m², DSE).

Junior Suite

The luxurious Junior Suites offer a little more space, a double bed, and a double sofa bed. Twin beds are possible in the "Junior Suite" room type (approx. 36m², JS2).

Comfort Double Room (Winter)

All Comfort Double Rooms, approx. 26 m², are elegantly and stylishly furnished and all have a bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, TV,
safe, minibar fridge, bath bag with towel and slippers, rental bathrobe for adults, as well as a balcony (DKO).

Junior Suite Type B (Winter)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Junior Suites, these are somewhat more spacious at approx. 40 m² and newly furnished (J2B).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there is a new charge, the "Mobility Tax". The fee will be levied in parallel with the local tax per overnight stay and will be used for the expansion of transportation. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport in their holiday region. The tax must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
