The business hotel has a reception (open 24/7), a lobby/reception area, 2 elevators, the breakfast room "Gallery," 3 meeting rooms, and an underground parking garage (for a fee). You can unwind after an eventful day in the hotel bar "hugoes14" or in the public bar directly in the hotel, all in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel consists of 15 floors (all accessible by elevator) with a total of 120 rooms (one of which is accessible for people with disabilities).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new levy, the "Mobility Tax." The fee will be levied along with the tourist tax per overnight stay and will fund the expansion of transportation. Gaissau Hintersee ski area: Altitude: approx. 750-1,567 m. The Gaissau Hintersee winter sports area, particularly popular with families, offers wide, perfectly groomed slopes, lifts, beginner practice lifts, and magnificent panoramic views. It also features various snow-making facilities. Numerous mountain huts near the slopes offer warming drinks and snacks.
