Ski-in/ski-out possible, depending on snow conditions! The City express gondola and ski school are approximately 300m away. A free ski bus stops directly at the hotel. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area offers winter sports activities for beginners and advanced skiers.

Double room

The cozy double rooms (approx. 25 sqm, D) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, TV, safe, telephone, sofa bed, and balcony.

Double room for single use

These rooms are equivalent to the double rooms but for single occupancy (DE).

Junior Suite Glück

With approx. 30 sqm, the junior suites are slightly more spacious and feature a sofa bed (JS2). These rooms do NOT have a balcony.

Junior Suite Ruhe/Gartenblick

With otherwise similar amenities to the Junior Suites Glück, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 30-35 sqm. They also feature a partly separate toilet, a double bed and two single sofa beds or a double sofa bed, and a balcony (J2A).

Suite Gemütlichkeit

The spacious suites (approx. 40 sqm, S2) are equipped with a separate toilet, an additional refrigerator, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, and a separate room with a double bed. These rooms have a terrace.

Suite Zufriedenheit

With otherwise similar amenities to the Suite Gemütlichkeit, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 46-51 sqm and have NO balcony (SA).

Junior Suite Freude/Garden View (Winter)

The Junior Suite "Zur Freude/Gartenblick" (approx. 40-45 sqm, JGB) offers space for 2 to 4 people and is equipped with a separate WC. It features a comfortable king-size bed and a double sofa bed. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the garden.
