The first cable car, CityXpress, is only 120 meters away, taking you directly into the Schmittenhöhe hiking region. Take advantage of the hotel's perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, swimming in Lake Zell, or simply for relaxing and unwinding. In winter, the cable car will take you to the Schmittenhöhe ski region. A ski slope, ski school, and ski rental are located approximately 200 meters from the hotel.

The Superior Double Room (DSU, approx. 33m²) is slightly larger and accommodates 2 adults and 1-2 children. It features a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as a balcony for relaxing. All modern amenities are included, similar to the standard double rooms.
