Directly in the pedestrian zone, only approx. 300m from the leisure center with an indoor pool and ice rink. City-Express gondola lift approx. 200m, providing access to the Schmittenhöhe ski area. Cross-country ski trail approx. 3km, night cross-country ski trail in Kaprun approx. 5km. Ski bus approx. 150m. Ski rental approx. 20m, ski school office approx. 200m.

The Hotel Lebzelter is a comfortable hotel with 95 beds located right in the center of Zell am See. It features an inviting reception area with a front desk, a cozy lounge with TV, a day bar, and a terrace directly on the pedestrian zone.

Accommodation

Single room

The single rooms (E, approx. 15m²) are ideal for one person and are equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, safe, telephone, cable TV, integrated radio, and free Wi-Fi. The room does not have a balcony.

Double room (Summer)

The double rooms (D, approx. 21m²) are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Depending on occupancy, 2 to 3 people can stay in this room. It also features the same amenities as the single rooms.

Double room Type A (Summer)

The double rooms Type A (DA, approx. 22m²) offer a double bed and a double sofa bed. They are suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children. They also have the same amenities as the double rooms.

Double room Standard (Winter)

The double rooms Standard (DS, approx. 21m²) have a shower, toilet, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, cable TV, and a double bed.

Double room Comfort (Winter)

With similar amenities to the double rooms Standard, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 25m² and additionally offer a sofa bed (DKO).
