Summer or winter – Kirchberg and its neighboring villages offer a wealth of recreational activities all year round. Hiking & mountain tours in the Kitzbühel Alps, cycling routes of various difficulties with impressive panoramas, geocaching for adventurers. Golfing, climbing, rafting, canyoning or paragliding. Dive into crystal-clear swimming lakes.
In winter, ski enthusiasts get their money's worth! A free ski bus runs (schedule as posted on-site), and the nearest bus stop is only about 200m from the hotel. There are numerous cable cars in the immediate vicinity. The Maierlbahn cable car in the KitzSki Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area is only about 900m away. The Hahnenkammbahn in Kitzbühel is about 8 km away. The SkiWelt Kaiser-Brixental is also easily accessible from your location. The Ellmau cable car, with direct access to the ski area, is only about 15 km away, and the cable car in Scheffau is about 35 km away.

The friendly Hotel Sonnalp offers a total of 69 comfortable rooms and an inviting lobby with a fireplace. Further amenities include a reception, an indoor pool, a terrace, and a newly designed 4000m² garden area with a barefoot path, relaxation islands, herb garden, fresh water fountain, hammocks, and sun terrace. For your culinary well-being, there is a restaurant with a breakfast room, and you can relax at the hotel bar to end the day. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
