Location

Surrounded by a magnificent mountain landscape, the Hotel Möderle is located at approx. 1,400 m, just a few kilometers from the Pitztal Glacier and the Rifflsee hiking area. St. Leonhard im Pitztal is an ideal starting point for many outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking tours. A natural swimming lake with a Kneipp facility is located 1 kilometer away and can be used free of charge daily in the summer.
The Riffelsee cable car is approx. 5 km away, Pitztaler Gletscher approx. 6 km, Stillebacher Badesee (lake) and illuminated waterfall with viewing platform approx. 1 km. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, about 50 meters away.
Especially in winter:
To the Pitztaler Gletscher with fun park elements approx. 6 km, practice lift in Mandarfen and Rifflsee cable car approx. 5 km. Walking trails and cross-country ski trails run directly past the hotel. The perfect starting point for numerous ski, hiking, or mountain tours.

Facilities

The family-run hotel has a total of 23 rooms. International and local dishes are served in the hotel's restaurant. You can round off an eventful day at the bar or in the Tyrolean Stube. Further facilities include a sun terrace, a sunbathing lawn, and an elevator.

The cozy double rooms (approx. 20 m², D) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, seating area, telephone, and safe for rent (D).

Single room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these have a bath/WC (E).

Double room Mittagskogel

Also similar in amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly larger at approx. 35 m², offer a bath or shower/WC, a pull-out sofa, and a balcony (DA).

Family room

With similar amenities to the double rooms Mittagskogel, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 40 m² and offer a separate bedroom with two single beds (DF2).

Economy room (Winter)

The economy rooms are approx. 20 m² in size. Amenities and location are at the hotelier's discretion (SSZ).
