Location

The traditional village of Stumm in the charming Zillertal valley impresses with its diversity and special flair. Stumm also offers special culinary delights, cozy bars, and a variety of romantic spots to feel good. In addition, some interesting day trip destinations await your visit in the surroundings of Stumm. Particularly recommended are Achensee (approx. 24 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 22 km away), and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal baths (7.3 km away). Look forward to splashing fun at the Mayrhofen adventure pool (17 km away). As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Stumm shows its winter splendor with snow-capped peaks. The Hintertux Glacier is about 36 km away. A ride on the Arena Coaster (approx. 8.1 km away) is also a special kind of fun.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. A hiking bus (for a fee) will take you to the directly adjacent Zillertal Arena hiking area. The cable car in Zell am Ziller is about 6 km away. You can get active on a bike path directly at the property and enjoy the scenery at the same time.
In winter, the accommodation is particularly suitable for alpine skiers, cross-country skiers, and for extended winter hikes. A free ski bus runs according to the local schedule. The ski bus stop is located directly at the property. The cable car in the Hochzillertal ski area is about 2.5 km from the property. The nearest cross-country ski trail is only about 100 m away. A hiking trail directly at the property invites you to enjoy pleasant winter walks.

Facilities

The Natur Resort Rissbacher, partially renovated in 2021 and rated 4 stars, offers a total of 51 units, a welcoming lobby with seating and a fireplace, a reception, an e-bike charging station, and an e-car charging station. Your accommodation consists of a main building and the adjacent "Natur Resort Rissbacher und Vitallodge" building, both rated 4 stars. The main and adjacent buildings are connected underground and are approximately 10 m apart. Enjoy culinary delights in the restaurant and in a cozy parlor. You can end an eventful day of vacation in good company at the hotel bar. For your winter sports equipment, there is a lockable ski and snowboard storage room with a ski boot dryer, accessible from the hotel. Cyclists can use the hotel's own lockable bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Junior Suite

Half Board Plus

Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
A rich breakfast buffet daily with products from our own farm and live cooking, afternoon snack from 3-4 PM (sweet or savory), 5-course menu of your choice in the evening including a salad buffet, gluten- and lactose-free meals available upon request, vegan meals available with advance notice and at an additional cost (approx. €8 per day per person). Note: All meals are served in the main Natur Resort Rissbacher building.

SKI INFO:
The 3 resorts Fügen, Hochfügen, and Kaltenbach together form the Hochzillertal ski area, with a single ski pass needed for all resorts. The winter sports area with its wide slopes is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages and offers practice lifts for beginners, freeriding opportunities, and various snowmaking facilities. Various restaurants near the slopes offer warming drinks and food. You are especially welcome at Kristallhütte or Wedelhütte. A snow park promises a lot of fun.
