Location

Spend an active holiday in Gaschurn. The Posthotel Rössle (approx. 1,000 m above sea level) is located right in the center with cafés and restaurants directly at the hotel. Approximately 1.5 km away, the picturesque Mountain Beach lake awaits water lovers looking for a refreshing dip, or for those seeking an outdoor pool, the public outdoor pool in Partenen is about 3.5 km away.

In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours and is located directly in a hiking area with a hiking bus stop (approx. 50 m away). The Versettla cable car is also just about 550 m away.

As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Gaschurn reveals its winter splendor with snow-capped peaks. Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow golf are just a few of the possible activities. The Ochsental glacier is very close by. Look forward to pure skiing fun, cross-country skiing tours in winter landscapes, and extensive winter hikes. A free ski bus runs (according to the local timetable). The ski bus stop is about 50 m from the hotel. A practice lift (approx. 300 m away) is available for beginner skiers. The Versettla cable car is about 550 m from the hotel. A hiking trail within direct sight of the accommodation invites you to enjoy pleasant winter hikes.

The 4-star Posthotel Rössle offers a total of 60 traditionally furnished rooms and welcomes guests in its reception area with a reception desk. Special features include a wine cellar and an e-bike charging station. Seasonal information

Winter:
The TOP winter sports area with its well-groomed slopes is considered an Eldorado for all winter sports enthusiasts due to its snow reliability and features practice lifts for beginners, off-piste slopes for freeriding, and a race course. Clear information boards and a detailed piste map make it easy to find your way to the nearest slope. Various restaurants and, of course, après-ski opportunities provide for social gatherings off the slopes and offer warming drinks and snacks. A snow park and a toboggan run promise lots of fun.
