The 5-star hotel, part of the Portuguese "3HB Hotels" chain, was renovated in 2025 and offers a total of 91 apartments spread across 6 blocks, with 4 floors and elevator access. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, a lobby with seating areas, a luggage room, a convenience store, the buffet restaurant 'Falésia' (with a terrace offering views of the garden, swimming pool, and Falésia beach, serving Mediterranean and international cuisine with options for children and vegetarians), Bar 'Falésia' (open from 4 PM to 11 PM), an outdoor area with a garden, sun terrace, a swimming pool (freshwater, open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM), a separate children's pool (freshwater, open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM), and a pool bar/snack bar (open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM during the summer season). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests by the pool.

Superior Room

The Superior Rooms are approximately 51 m² and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. They include a separate bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds and a ceiling fan, a living/sleeping area with a single sofa bed, a dining table, air conditioning (in the living room), telephone, satellite TV (LCD TV), Wi-Fi (included), a safe, and a balcony.
Sea-view Superior Rooms are also available at an additional charge.

Superior Suite

Superior Suites have the same amenities as Superior Rooms, are approximately 56 m² in size, and include a double sofa bed.

Premium Sea View Suite

Premium Sea View Suites are more spacious than Superior Rooms, measuring approximately 63 m², and feature a double sofa bed and sea views.

BB/HB

Breakfast served in the "The View" restaurant from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM as a buffet.
Dinner at the "The View" restaurant is à la carte (for a fee).
With Half Board, dinner is also served at the Falésia Restaurant from 6:45 PM to 10 PM as a buffet.
Dress code: Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner.
