Location

The PortoBay Blue Ocean, with its unique cliff-top location overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, Praia da Falésia, is situated amidst beautiful green grounds. The center of Olhos d’água with its shops and restaurants is in close proximity. Albufeira is approximately 8 km away. Faro Airport is about 35 km away.

The 4-star hotel was renovated for Summer 2025 and features 348 modern rooms, a reception hall with a reception desk, elevator, 2 restaurants (an international buffet restaurant and a brasserie next to the outdoor pool), a cocktail bar with a terrace, and a pool/snack bar. The outdoor area includes a sun terrace and three swimming pools (one of which is adults-only, plus a children's pool). The hotel also has an indoor pool (heated). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool. Hotel guests benefit from direct beach access (via stairs).

Double Room

The cozy and modernly furnished double rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, safe, minibar, kettle, telephone, cable TV (55-inch Smart TV), and balcony (D). Also available as a double room type O with the same amenities (DZO).

Same amenities as the double rooms, but with a side sea view (DMS). Also bookable as a double room with side sea view type O (SDO) (limited availability).

The superior double rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (DSU). Also bookable as a superior double room with side sea view (D2S).
