The Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort is situated in an attractive, quiet location between Alvor and Portimao. The long, fine sandy beach "Três Irmãos" of Praia do Alvor is approximately 650 m away and can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. The nature reserve "Ria do Alvor," which provides a habitat for a variety of birds, is within easy reach. The town center of Alvor with restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options is approximately 1.8 km away. Portimao is about 3 km away. Faro International Airport is approximately 75 km away.

This luxury hotel, designed by Ileana Rosendo Franca in a modular style, is built on a spacious 12-hectare property and operates on a sophisticated 5-star All-Inclusive concept. Environmentally friendly electric vehicles travel throughout the extensive grounds. The total of 491 light-filled rooms are spread across 13 two-story buildings within the beautifully landscaped complex, whose sustainable construction using wood, steel, and glass respects environmental protection. The interplay of color accents adds a playful lightness to the modernity. 5 elegantly designed, heated freshwater outdoor pools up to 26ºC (including one adults-only and one children's pool) allow every guest to find their personal spot (sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool included). The 3 restaurants offer a selection of international cuisine (dinner requires reservation) including sushi (buffet restaurant "Essenze" & "Mad Med" - seasonally open, reservation required), Italian specialties (À-la-carte restaurant "Carosello" for dinner only, reservation required), grilled dishes (À-la-carte restaurant "Roastic" for dinner only, reservation required). Additionally, guests have access to a total of 2 bars. The main bar/snack bar "Salty" (seasonally open from 10 am-10 pm and the bar "Shore!" (seasonally open from 10 am-11 pm).

Deluxe Double Room

The luxuriously furnished Deluxe Double Rooms, designed in a minimalist style, are approximately 26 sqm in size, located on the ground floor or first floor (accessed by stairs), and feature a double bed or twin beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, LCD TV, telephone, safe (included), air conditioning/heating (seasonal), Wi-Fi (included), minibar (mineral water included), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, a sofa bed (1.80m x 0.90m), and a furnished balcony or terrace, each with a view of the resort's green areas (DD2). Also available as a Deluxe Double Room for single occupancy (DD1).

Family Room

Family Rooms feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but additionally offer a coffee and tea making facility, an espresso machine, iron and ironing board (on request), and a seating area (DF2).

Deluxe Family Room

Deluxe Family Rooms are approximately 30 sqm in size and have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms. This room features two sleeping areas: one with two single beds, the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub (2DF).

Premium Family Room

Premium Family Rooms are approximately 55 sqm and have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door (PF2). The premium service includes a separate check-in and a private lounge with drinks and snacks. A dedicated breakfast area is available in the restaurant. Adults receive a complimentary 30-minute massage for stays of 7 nights or more (PF2).

Breakfast from 7:30 am-11 am, lunch from 12:30 pm-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm-10 pm, served buffet-style in the "Essenze" buffet restaurant. Snacks are available during the day from 12 pm-5:30 pm at "Cook out by roastic," along with local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during meals and at the bars open from 10:30 am-12 am, included. The Brazilian restaurant "Mad Med" is open during high season. The steakhouse "Roast" and the Italian restaurant "Carosello" are open for dinner only. Reservations are mandatory.
