The extensive 4-star apartment complex has a total of 61 residential units spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, lobby/lounge with seating areas, safe (for a fee), currency exchange, 2 lifts, TV room, mini-market (open seasonally from April to October), 4 different renowned restaurants (partly located in the sister hotel Prainha Village, such as "Caniço" (open seasonally from April to October, built directly over the sea into the rocks and accessible by lift)), well-kept outdoor area with garden, sun terrace, 3 freshwater swimming pools (open seasonally), separate children's pool (freshwater, open seasonally), pool/snackbar (open seasonally). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to hotel guests in the pool areas for a fee (also for a fee on the beach, offered by local providers).

The friendly furnished studios with pool view are approx. 36 m² in size and have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, bathroom/WC, kitchenette (with crockery, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle), air conditioning/heating (seasonal, individually adjustable), safe (for a fee), telephone, cable TV, Wi-Fi (included) and a balcony or terrace with pool view. Also bookable as a studio with pool view for single occupancy.

The apartments (1 bedroom) with pool view, with the same amenities as the studios with pool view, have a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds. Also bookable as an apartment with pool view for single occupancy.

Room only/Bed & Breakfast/Half Board. Breakfast in buffet style. For half board, dinner is also served as a set menu. The à la carte restaurant offers both regional and international cuisine.

Sports for a fee
