The resort, particularly popular with families, features 193 rooms and is quietly located on the outskirts of Olhos d'Agua, not far from Albufeira. The local sandy beach is approximately 850m away. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The center of Albufeira is about 7 km away. The nearest bus stop is about 350m from the hotel. Faro Airport is approximately 36 km away.

The resort has a total of 193 accommodation units spread over 3 floors and features a lobby, a 24-hour reception, air conditioning, a safe, elevator, bicycle rental (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (included throughout the resort). It also offers a snack service, a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, and a playground, as well as children's entertainment for the younger guests. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a pool bar and a sun terrace (sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included).
