The Hotel Mundial has 320 rooms and is located in the center of Lisbon in the Baixa Pombalina district. Close to Rossio and not far from theaters and cinemas. The airport is approx. 8 km away.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished double rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, soundproofing, telephone, radio, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee) and safe (free) and Wi-Fi (free). Some with a balcony or terrace. Also bookable as a double room for single use.

Junior Suite (LISA08)

The cozy and spacious junior suites are equipped similarly to the double rooms and offer more space with approx. 39-47 sqm. They also have seating areas, a Nespresso coffee machine, and city views (JS2). These do NOT have a balcony.

Superior Double Room (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors with city views and have NO balcony (DSU/DAS/ESU).

Deluxe Double Room (LISA08)

Similar to the double rooms, these are located on the 5th-9th floors and offer a magnificent city view from the balcony (DD2).

Seasonal information

Hotel renovation in 3 phases:
Phase 1 has already been completed and concerned the ground floor, including the lobby and Maximinus Bar.
In phase 2, from September 2025 – April 2026, the fitness center will be renovated, and until approximately July 2026, the 28 restaurant, including its terrace, and the meeting rooms will also be renovated.
Phase 3 involves the guest rooms, which will be renovated thereafter until approximately the end of 2027.
All facilities will remain available to guests; they will temporarily be located in different rooms. Therefore, there are no service restrictions.
There may be visual and acoustic impairments in the areas affected by the renovations. However, the hotel will strive to minimize these impairments.
Renovation work takes place Monday - Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
According to current information, there will be no impairment in the rooms (renovations are done floor by floor).
