The luxurious 5-star hotel, whose name and decor evoke the golden age of sugar production, is very modern and equipped with natural materials. It has a total of 243 rooms and suites, a large lobby with reception, conference rooms, indoor pool (on the 8th floor), a private breakfast lounge & terrace "The Club" (for guests of SPE Sea View Double Room and SPE Sea View Pool Suite), 5 bars, a buffet restaurant ('Engenho') and two à la carte restaurants ('Alambique' and 'Trapiche'). The outdoor area features a spectacular infinity pool (sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee) with breathtaking sea views, as well as a separate children's pool. A second pool (adults only, free sun loungers) is available on the 2nd floor. The hotel also houses the Sugar Cane Museum (Gallery).

The Double Rooms Side Sea View (approx. 32 sq m) are spacious and modern, featuring a bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe (free of charge), bathrobe, slippers, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony with side sea view (DMS). Also available as Double Room Side Sea View Type A (AMS/XES) and for single use (DES) (different prices and availability, no difference in amenities). Double Room Sea View (DM) and Double Room Sea View Type A (DMA) can be booked for an extra charge (different prices and availability, no difference in amenities). Also bookable as Double Room Sea View for single use (DEM, AME).

Double Room Sea View Type I

The Double Rooms Sea View Type I have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, but are only bookable with breakfast (DMI). Also bookable for single occupancy (EMI). Also bookable as Double Room Side Sea View with breakfast (DIS).

Double Room Atrium

The Double Rooms Atrium are spacious (approx. 32 sq m) with shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, minibar (for a fee), safe (incl.), balcony, and atrium view (DAT). Also bookable as Double Room Atrium for single use (DET). Double Room Atrium Type I have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Atrium, but are only bookable with breakfast (DTI). Also bookable for single use (EID). Bookable in Winter 26/27.

SPE Double Room Sea View

The SPE Double Rooms Sea View (2PM) are equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View, but are located on higher floors and additionally include the Savoy Premium Experience Service (more information under the 'Seasonal Information' section).

SPE Pool Suite Sea View

The SPE Pool Suite Sea View (approx. 80 sq m) has the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but is more spacious, features 2 balconies (one with a small pool), a hydromassage bathtub, and a shower. Additionally, the Savoy Premium Experience Service is included (more information under the 'Seasonal Information' section) (PS2). These rooms are only bookable for adult guests and children aged 6 and over. Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no lifeguard on duty. If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.

Suite

The Suites have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are significantly larger (40 sq m), and feature a living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom (separated by a curtain or door), and a balcony with atrium view (S2). Side sea view (MS2) or direct sea view (S2M) are available for an additional charge.

Meals

HP/VP

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style or à la carte.
With Full Board (VP), lunch is served at the Trapiche Restaurant (à la carte).
A discount is offered if dinner is taken at the à la carte restaurants Trapiche and Calhau Beach Club (open only in summer) (unlimited visits possible, but with prior reservation).
