Location

The Pestana Churchill Bay hotel is located directly on the sea, centrally in the village/town center of Camara de Lobos. In the immediate vicinity is the small harbor of the picturesque fishing village, surrounded by colorful houses. Restaurants, bars, and cafes are just a few minutes' walk away. Every year between the end of June and the beginning of July, a traditional folk festival (Festas de São Pedro) takes place, followed by the Black Swordfish Gastronomic Festival in mid-August. During the festivals, the entire town can become a bit livelier, with various program points, including music, continuing late into the evening.
