Seasonal information

Every year, between the end of June and the beginning of July, a traditional folk festival (Festas de São Pedro) takes place, and in mid-August, the Black Swordfish Gastronomic Festival. During the festivals, the entire town can become a bit livelier, with various program events, including music, continuing late into the evening.
