The hotel, designed with traditional Madeiran architecture and modern design, opened its doors in early October 2024. The new and bright facilities include 366 rooms, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, 3 swimming pools (including a children's pool and a relaxation pool) as well as a natural swimming pool, various restaurants, pool bars, a sports bar, a lobby bar, a cafeteria, and an ice cream parlor.

Double Room

The Double Rooms (approx. 29 m²) are elegantly and modernly furnished. They feature a fully equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers, a king-size bed or two single beds, a sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony (D). Also bookable for single use (DE).

Apartment Marina View (FNCA87)

The Marina View Apartments (approx. 59 m²) have a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, sink and refrigerator, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony overlooking the marina (2AM/APM/3AM/1AM).

Family Room Preferred Club

The Family Rooms Preferred Club with 2 bedrooms and resort view (approx. 87 m²) feature two separate bedrooms and a living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a double sofa bed and a TV with a PlayStation, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and a furnished balcony with garden view (FAB).

Double Room Preferred Club with sea view (PMC), same amenities and size as the Double Rooms with Sea View, but additionally with Preferred Club service (details can be found under Seasonal Information).

Preferred Club Suite (FNCA87)

The spacious Preferred Club Suites (approx. 45 m²) offer plenty of space as these rooms extend over two floors. They feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed or two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (soft drinks, water, beer), kettle, and are equipped with a large, furnished terrace (SU2).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approx. 59 m² and, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, feature a living room with a double sofa bed (JS2).
Additionally bookable at an extra charge as a Preferred Club Junior Suite Sea View (PJO).

Double Room Superior Club (FNCA87)

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with laminate flooring, kettle (free of charge), minibar (free of charge), internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), and flat-screen satellite TV, as well as individually controlled air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC (DSU/ESU). Available with pool view (DSP/ESP) or sea view (DMU/EMU).
