The Royal Savoy Hotel is part of the renowned Savoy Signature hotel group. Equally impressive as it is architecturally appealing, it rises above the Atlantic, including its own boat dock. Shops and entertainment venues are approximately 500 m away, and Funchal Airport is approximately 19 km away.

The 5-star hotel, partially renovated in 2021, has a total of 174 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating areas, function/event rooms, "Armada" restaurant, à la carte restaurant "Neptunus", lobby bar "Thatcher's Bar" (with outdoor terrace and magnificent views of the sea and harbor), piano bar (with indoor and terrace service), outdoor area with a beautifully landscaped subtropical garden including fountains and small waterfalls, 2 large seawater swimming pools (one of which is heated), a children's pool, a whirlpool, pool/snack bar "Neptunus" and barbecue terrace "Armada Deck". Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge to hotel guests in the pool area. The hotel has direct access to the sea.

Double Room Garden Side

The Double Rooms Garden Side have a bathroom, shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, radio, minibar, air conditioning, safe (included), walk-in closet, and a furnished balcony facing the garden (DG).
Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Also available as a Double Room Sea View for single occupancy (DEM).

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, and are additionally equipped with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (J2M/J1M).

Suite Sea View

The Suites Sea View have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View, but are larger and feature a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (S2M).

B&B/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast buffet. Choice of set menu or themed buffet for dinner and lunch (depending on occupancy).
Lunch or dinner (3-course menu from the à la carte menu) can be taken in the various hotel restaurants with prior reservation. Restaurants include Armanda and Neptunus (open only in summer), as well as the Savoy Palace's Orchid restaurant (Italian concept), Terreiro, Pau de Lume, and Alameda (open only for dinner in summer).
