The hotel, part of the well-known Pestana hotel group, offers a total of 128 rooms spread across 8 floors. It features a reception area, 2 elevators, 2 restaurants (including a themed restaurant and an à la carte restaurant), a game room with a small library, a pool/snack bar, and a cocktail bar. The outdoor area of the complex has three freshwater swimming pools with a separate area for children and a whirlpool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge.

Double Room with Sea View

Double rooms with sea view feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, seating area with sofa bed, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV (LCD TV), pay TV (for a fee), safe (free of charge), minibar (for a fee), and a wooden floor with a terrace or balcony located on the ground floor and first floor (DM). Also available for single occupancy (DEM).

Superior Double Room with Sea View

Superior double rooms have the same amenities as double rooms with sea view, featuring a bath or shower/WC, and are located in a preferred position from the 2nd floor onwards (DMU).

Classic Room (FNCA02)

These rooms, approximately 21 m², are located in the basement and feature two single beds, minibar (for a fee), safe, LCD TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bathtub/WC, and hairdryer. The rooms are only accessible by stairs (CC2/CL2).

Double Room with Pool View (FNCA02)

These spacious rooms, like the Classic rooms, also offer two single beds and a balcony with a pool view (PD/SZP/EP/SZE). For an additional charge, they are also available with a side sea view (DMS/RX2/EMS/RX1).

Suite with Sea View (FNCA02)

The cozy suites (approx. 66 m², S2M) feature a visually separated sleeping area, a living/sleeping area, air conditioning, bath or shower/WC, TV, minibar (for a fee), rental safe, and a balcony.

Star Tour Excursion Program (subject to change/Daily arrival possible):
Eira do Serrado/Monte (Monday/Thursday): Discover Madeira's most beautiful panoramas on this half-day tour. From the Pico dos Barcelos viewpoint, you overlook the bay of Funchal and continue to Eira do Serrado, from where you can look down into the crater of an extinct volcano. At the very bottom lies the village of Curral das Freiras (Valley of the Nuns). Continue to Monte, where you will visit the church of Nossa Senhora do Monte. On the way back, you have the opportunity to ride the traditional basket sledges. (Not included in the price)
Porto Moniz (Wednesday/Friday): Departure towards Câmara de Lobos (fishing village where the famous Espada – black scabbardfish – is caught). Continue via Cabo Girão (highest sea cliff in Europe at 580m), and then the route leads along the coast to Ribeira Brava. From Ponta de Sol, ascend to the plateau of Pául da Serra (1400m). Finally, descend to Porto Moniz to the natural swimming pools. Lunch break will be taken here. The return journey will be via the north coast, passing through Seixal to São Vicente. From there, ascend via the Encumeada pass (1007m), where you can see both the north and south coasts simultaneously. Afterwards, return to Funchal.
Santana (Tuesday/Saturday): Departure into the mountains via Poiso towards Pico do Arieiro (1810m). Descend to Ribeiro Frio. Here you are in the heart of Madeira's laurel forest (Laurisilva), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Santana, known for its thatched houses. Lunch break will be taken here. Afterwards, proceed to Pico do Facho. Then return to Funchal.
Levada and Botanical Garden (Monday/Wednesday): The 4th and final excursion takes us on an approximately 1.5-hour levada walk (difficulty: easy) to the Botanical Garden, famous for its approximately 3,000 different plant species (entrance fee and guided tour included).

On Christmas and New Year's Eve, the dress code is as follows: "festive evening wear" (suit with tie and evening gown).
