Location

The holiday complex is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly on the sea. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach small and beautiful coves surrounded by rocks, offering direct access to the sea. The expansive sandy beach is approx. 800 m away, and a supermarket is about 500 m away. A bus stop is approximately 200 m away. The natural beach of Playa Migjorn is about 900 m away.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
